UTRGV’s Off-Campus Work-Study Program provides several job opportunities for students who wish to get involved in the community and make a difference. Off-campus employers may post job opportunities for applicants to view and apply. Non-profit community service agencies may submit an interest form to participate in UTRGV Work-Study Off-Campus Program.

FWS Jobs

UTRGV Work-Study Program is a form of financial aid to provide part-time employment opportunities for students. These jobs are located off-campus with a pre-approved non-profit organization, school district, or local municipality. The three main jobs are: America Reads Tutors, America Counts Tutors, Community Service. Jobs are available to students who are eligible for Work-Study only. Please refer to your student ASSIST account, email workstudy@utrgv.edu or visit your nearest UCentral for more information. To become an Off-Campus Work-Study Employer, agencies must be approved by the Work-Study Office.
